    2. Sharing the location of one's devices with others is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

    1. The Application ensures the security and privacy of users' data. All transmitted information is encrypted, and access to it is restricted.
    2. Users are obligated to exercise caution and not share their login credentials or other personal information with third parties.
    3. The type of data collected and privacy protection are regulated by the "Privacy Policy of the Szukator Application".
  4. Use of the Application
    1. Users are required to use the Application in accordance with applicable laws.
    2. It is prohibited to use the Application for harmful, illegal, or rights-infringing purposes.
    3. The Application must not be used to track people without their consent.
  5. Liability
    1. The Application administrators are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Application by users, particularly due to gross security breaches of their own devices.
    2. Users bear full responsibility for sharing their location information and controlling access to this information.
  6. Changes to the Terms of Use
    1. The administrators reserve the right to make changes to the terms of use. Users will be informed of any changes before they take effect.
    2. Continuing to use the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms of use.
  7. Termination of Use of the Application
    1. The user may stop using the Application at any time.
    2. The administrators have the right to block access to the Application in case of a violation of the terms of use.
